- Each item in our store is crafted uniquely for you upon order, ensuring its exclusivity and quality. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items due to customer preference, such as wrong size or color, or if a change of mind occurs.
- However, if your order arrives damaged or if there's a manufacturing error, we've got you covered. Simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your product, and we'll arrange for a free replacement or issue a refund promptly.
- If your order is returned to our print provider's facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, our dedicated support team can assist you with options for a replacement with an additional charge or a partial refund.
- In the rare instance of an issue affecting multiple products with the same design, we may request additional photos or videos for confirmation purposes.
- Please note that Artem Vivendi will not be held responsible for orders with incorrect size or color selections. Additionally, for items with direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, minor variations in print placement within a tolerance of 0.5" will not be considered defects.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the World. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
