Because our products are made to order, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in the event an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.
To request a resolution, you must contact us at support@houseofvivendi.com within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. Calendar days include weekends and holidays. All claims must include your order number, a clear written description of the issue, and photographic evidence. Resolution may result in a replacement or refund at our sole discretion. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
We do not issue refunds or accept returns for:
• Customer error, including incorrect sizing, variant selection, or mis-entered shipping information;
• Dissatisfaction based on personal taste, expectation, or subjective opinion;
• Minor shifts in color, alignment, or proportions due to the printed nature of our goods.
Mockup Representation
To showcase our products in styled environments, we may use digital renderings ("mockups") to demonstrate how items could appear in real-world settings. These images are for illustrative purposes only and do not depict a photograph of the actual product in that exact context.
While we strive for accuracy in all visual representations, slight variations in lighting, scale, or environmental context may occur. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the use of digital previews as part of the product display experience.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to limit sales of our products or Services to any individual, group, region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis and are under no obligation to explain or disclose the basis for such decisions.

Digital downloads are delivered instantly after purchase. Because access is provided immediately, all digital products are non-refundable once accessed. Download links remain active for 72 hours; if you need a replacement link during that time, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist.
