SHIPPING
Every physical item in our catalog, including candles, journals, blankets, and speakers, is made to order through our production partner. Production typically takes 3 to 7 business days before an order ships. Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days of purchase.
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. We currently ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer local delivery or in-person pickup.
Because production and shipping times can vary depending on order volume and destination, please allow extra time during busy periods. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us at support@houseofvivendi.com and we will look into it.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products (such as our e-book) are delivered by download link immediately after purchase. Download links remain active for 72 hours. If you happen to need a replacement link during that time, please contact our support team who will be happy to assist.
PAYMENT
We accept payment through PayPal and Stripe, including major credit and debit cards and, where available, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely by these providers at checkout. House of Vivendi does not collect or store your card information directly.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase in order to begin production of made-to-order items.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & DAMAGES
Because our products are made to order, we are only able to offer a replacement or refund if an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from what was described at the time of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference or change of mind. Please see our Return Policy for full details on eligibility, timeframes, and how to request a resolution.
